Mustard oilis heated, and a mix of premium spices, including fennel seeds and , is sauteed for a few minutes to enhance the flavour profile. The chillies are then added and mixed to ensure absorption of flavour, balancing heat and spice.

This green chilli pickle (hari mirch achar) is stored in clean and dry barnis for 5-7 days for natural maturation, over this time the green chilli pickle develops a bold, dry and spicy flavour, making it a perfect side dish for your food.
