Our Sweet Mango Pickle (Gor Keri Pickle) is made with naati mangoes by jyoti didi, Supriya didi, and Urmila didi from Shivari Nira, Urali Kanchan. FarmDidi’s Mango Sweet Achar is a perfect blend of sweetness, spice and tradition.

These mangoes are cut into six pieces and cooked with jaggery, sugar and a premium blend of spices to create a rich and flavourful experience.

Our product also contains a hint of red chilli which adds a subtle kick while balancing the sweetness of jaggery and sugar. The pickle is then left to mature for 3-4 days, allowing the flavours to blend together. The mangoes are thoroughly washed and uniformly cut into cubes by our didis, ensuring clean, even pieces that absorb flavours evenly during the pickling process.

Aromatic Indian spices and jaggery are blended following traditional recipes passed down by grandmas of our didis, creating the signature sweet and tangy flavour.

Sun Fermented

The prepared pickle is stored in barnis and kept under sunlight for natural fermentation, allowing flavours to mature slowly before hygienic packing.
