On the other hand, gajar gobi shalgam pickle is a North Indian winter delight, typically enjoyed with garma garam parathas.
To keep your mixed pickle and gajar gobi shalgam pickle fresh, store them in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Always use a clean, dry spoon to prevent contamination and preserve the taste. When stored correctly, these pickles maintain their authentic flavour for 6 to 9 months. Good flavour overall, after keeping in sun for few days taste became even better.
Taste is proper Punjabi style, masala balance acha hai and mango pickle came out very nice.
Smell itself like ghar ka achar 😄 easy to mix, no extra masala needed.
