Steps we take to make Dry Mango Pickle | Sukha Aam Ka Achar

Step1

Farmers of Uttar Pradesh and Bihar region are the sources of premium quality raw mangoes. These mangoes are then cut into pieces.

Step2

It is left 24 hours and then sun-dried for 8 to 10 hours.

Step3

Masalas are added to the hot oil and the mango slices are mixed well.

Step4

It is then filled in a clean and dry airtight container in the sun and left to mature for 8 to 10 days.
