You Will Need

  • mustard seeds Green Chillies - 250 gm
  • fennel seeds Salt - 2 tbsp (Note: If you are using pink salt, take 3 tbsp instead)
  • mustard seeds Mustard Oil - 100gm
  • coriander powder Lemon Juice - 2 tbsp
  • turmeric FarmDidi Masala - 60g (entire packet)
  • turmeric Clean Jar - 1kg capacity (approx)

Steps

  • mustard seeds Wash the chillies and dry them in the shade.
  • fennel seeds Slice the chillies / cut as per your requirement. Let them dry again.
  • mustard seeds In a container, mix the FarmDidi masala, 2 tbsp of oil, salt, and lemon juice.
  • coriander powder Fill the sliced chillies with the prepared masala mixture or add the prepared masala to the cut chillies.
  • turmeric Heat mustard oil till you see oil fumes, then let it cool until it's lukewarm.
  • mustard seeds Gently stir the masala-filled chillies into the lukewarm oil.
  • mustard seeds Transfer the chillies into a clean, dry jar. Pour the remaining oil and masala over them.
  • mustard seeds Keep the jar in indirect sunlight for at least 4 days. Make sure the jar is tightly closed with the lid.
  • cumin seed powder Roasted Cumin Seeds powder (jeera)
  • mustard seeds Yellow Mustard Seeds (peela sarso)
  • turmeric Turmeric (Haldi)
