Our sweet and tangy Black Lemon Pickle is a delightful blend of flavour, which is made by Gauri didi from Vir village.
Our Nimbu ka achar is made with the finest yellow kagzi lemons, which are handpicked, washed, and dried while ensuring hygiene. The lemon is cut into 4 pieces, and the seeds are removed. A perfect blend of salt, sugar, with a premium spice mix is added to develop a rich flavour. The masala and ajwain are used to enhance its flavour profile and add a kick to it.
To achieve the perfect taste and texture, our pickle is matured for 3 months so all the flavours blend into perfection.
