Steps we take to make Red Chilli Pickle | Lal Mirch ka Achar

Farmers are the sources of the fresh raw chillis, the didis in utter pradesh use special quality chillis to make the bharuwa mirch achar.

Step 2

They are washed and uniformly split and cut.

Step 3

Then stuffed with aromatic indian spices according to didis traditional recipe.

Step 4

Prepared pickle is stored in Bharni and kept in sun for fermentation. The pickle is then packed under hygienic conditions and made ready for delivery.
