Cubed raw mango pieces are cooked in sweet jaggery syrup to deliciously sweeten them and to give a slight kick of spices there is ground cumin powder, chilli powder and black salt. This pickle is truly one of its kind and definitely a kid's favorite. You can add it to their lunch box along with paratha or rotis. Alternatively, use the pickle masala as a sweet spread to your sandwiches or just the sweet mango pieces in your wraps.
