"I wish we could have mangoes for the entire year", wished Seema at the age of 11 during Ganpati Pooja at home. She had come to her Nani's home during summer vacations. Apart from Ganpati Bappa, Seema's Nani (nanny) also heard Seema's wish.

Her nani cooked mangoes with jaggery and added some spices so that the sweetened mangoes stay for a year-long, at least till the time the next season of mangoes arrives. This meetha aam ka achaar became Seema's one of her favorite pickles. She would often pack it with her lunch in school and share the joy with her friends.

Seema's mom learned the recipe too and passed it down to Seema when she was getting married. No one knew the favorite recipe of sweet mango pickle would be bought live by FarmDidi once again to the world.
