Steps we take to prepare the mango pickle (Aam ka achar)

1. Fresh raw mangoes are sources from farmer Didis in Aurangabad. The types of Mangoes raival, gavthii, padacha amba are used for pickling are of a special quality grown, in a village in Aurangabad. They are tangy and pulpy, perfect for pickling.

 

2 They are washed and uniformly chopped by our Didis/. The pieces are then brined in salt and turmeric.

 

3. Then aromatic indian spices are sauteed according to grandma's traditional recipe and then mixed with the mango pieces to make it the best homemade pickle online.

 

4. Prepared mango pickle is stored in barni and kept in sun for fermentation.The mango pickle is then packed under hygienic conditions and made ready for delivery.
