Our Nimbu ka achar is made with the finest yellow kagzi lemons, which are handpicked, washed, and dried while ensuring hygiene. The lemon is cut into 4 pieces, and the seeds are removed. A perfect blend of salt, sugar, with a premium spice mix is added to develop a rich flavour. The masala and ajwain are used to enhance its flavour profile and add a kick to it.
To achieve the perfect taste and texture, our pickle is matured for 3 months, so all the flavours blend into perfection. Because this recipe uses no oil and aids in digestion, it is a staple in our Oil-Free Pickles collection.
