Our Gajar Gobhi Shalgam (mix vegetable pickle) is a sweet and tangy treat for your taste buds which is made by Supriya didi and Diksha Mahila Bachat Gat in Nira Village. This vegetable pickle is a winter favorite made with fresh Cauliflower, Red Carrots and Shalgam (turnip) sourced from the local market.

The cauliflower is manually cut, while carrots and shalgam are peeled and diced ensuringperfect texture. This mixed pickle gets its rich flavour from freshly prepared ginger andgarlic paste, which is sauteed in heated mustard oil before adding a spice mix to it. Theentire blend is mixed together thoroughly with jaggery and sugar giving the Gajar GobhiShalgam its signature taste.
