The ingredients are washed, peeled, and hand-chopped by our Didis right at the farmgate.

A blend of aromatic spices is added, along with the perfect amount of salt, vinegar, or oil to enhance the taste.

STORAGE IN BARNIS

The mixture is left to naturally ferment in barnis, allowing the flavors to deepen and intensify, giving you the perfect pickle with every bite.

Each batch undergoes lab testing to meet food safety and quality standards, ensuring hygiene, shelf stability, and consistent taste before final approval.

Taste was just like homemade pickle, amazing tatse and jar were good quality too. It wasn't too smelly, nice aroma . Overall loved it.

Bought Punjabi aam ka aachar and nimbu ka….both are fantastic in taste

The achar I received from FarmDidi was tasty and really nice. However, I thought I would receive the same items shown in the picture while booking. I later understood that seasonal achars are sent instead.

I was especially looking forward to getting lehsun chutney, lehsun achar, jackfruit achar, and a few other varieties according to my taste preferences. Would love if these options could be available or selectable while ordering. 🙂
