The mango chunda is an oil-free homemade delicious gooey mixture made with grated seasonal raw mango and jaggery syrup. The chunda has a sweet and tangy taste with a slightly spicy after taste coming from the morter-pestle ground cinnamon and cardamom.
To compliment the chunda's sweetness we have its partner in crime the Chilli Chutney. It's a Maharashtrain speciality called Michi Thecha. This moisṭ thecha is the heavenly flavour spice lovers are looking for, not made for the faint hearted. It goes well with even simple rice and roti.
