They are washed and uniformly chopped.

Then aromatic indian spices are sauteed according to grandma’s traditional recipe and then mixed with the mango pieces.
Prepared pickle is stored in barni and kept in sun for fermentation. The pickle is then packed under hygienic conditions and made ready for delivery.
